What we collect, and what we do with it.

What this site collects

Browsing this site collects nothing about you. We run no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers, and the site sets no cookies. Every file the site loads, including its fonts, is served from our own domain, so browsing sends no request to any third party.

The only information we receive is what you choose to send us by email: a consultation request, a careers introduction, a security report, or a request to join the TailoredAI early-access list. That is typically your name, your organization, your email address, and whatever you write.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to respond to you and to follow up on the matter you raised. Early-access list information is used only to contact you about TailoredAI early access and pilots. We never sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service you asked for or as required by law.

How long we keep it

Early-access list information is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Other correspondence is kept as long as the matter it concerns remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your choices

To see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted sooner, email info@tailoredsolutions.net. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Standard web-server logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages, are retained by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes and are not used to identify visitors.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
